BRIAN CLARK

Brian is a senior executive, advisor, and investor with over 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, business strategy and transformations, product development, and operations. At Hudson Crossing, Brian has been engaged as a C-Suite executive three times, leading successful growth as CEO at a startup B-to-B SaaS provider in the airfare search space, driving record EBITDA as CEO at a mid-size online travel agency, and as Chief Product Officer at a multi-billion dollar global travel agency. Prior to joining Hudson Crossing in 2011, he was Virgin America’s first commercial planning officer, where he designed and launched Virgin’s route network, Virgin’s innovative hybrid-direct distribution platform, and Virgin’s pioneering points-based variable redemption loyalty program, called Elevate.
Brian is a licensed private pilot, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. Brian is based outside Washington, D.C.

Max Rayner is an accomplished technology and product executive with more than 20 years of global experience. Prior to joining Hudson Crossing in 2012, Max served as TravelClick’s Senior Vice President of Product Engineering & General Manager for Reservations Solutions, leading a team focused on hotel distribution and SaaS e-commerce solutions. Max also served as Chief Technology Officer at Travelzoo, Executive Vice President of Products & Services and Chief Information Officer at SurfControl, the Vice President of Systems Architecture at Salesforce.com, and Director-Worldwide Data Centers & Infrastructure at Sun Microsystems.
Max was born in Africa, and educated in Europe and the United States. He has a M.B.A. in Finance from UCLA. Max is based in Palo Alto, California.

KEVIN FLIESS
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Kevin is a marketing and product executive with 25+ years’ of experience across travel sectors, including hospitality, aviation, events, technology, and corporate travel. He has a track record of helping organizations differentiate their brands in competitive markets and creating profitable growth strategies. Prior to Hudson Crossing, Kevin was Chief Marketing Officer of GBTA (the Global Business Travel Association). Earlier he was VP of Marketing and Sales at ATPCO. Kevin also served as VP of Marketing at Cvent for its Hospitality Cloud Division. Kevin spent nearly two decades in Silicon Valley where he was the first VP of Product Marketing at SAP Labs and helped launch two travel start-ups – Room 77 and TravelMuse.
Kevin has a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from San Jose State University. He is based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Joan is a highly experienced product leader with a record of delivery and operational excellence on mission critical platforms. Prior to joining Hudson Crossing, Joan was the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Internal Business Systems at StarTek. Prior, Joan held a multitude of senior roles at Travelport including Senior Director, Application Development, Global Technology Solutions, as well as new business development roles in China, global sourcing in India and the Application Director for the Next Generation GlobalFares Program.

LAURA VEGLIA
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Laura is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Product Acquisition. Most recently, Laura served as Vice President of Sales at Bookit.com for nine years, leading Sales, hotel relationships, and pricing/yield managment from the startup phase to $500M gross sales. Prior to Bookit.com, Laura served as Regional Director in Market Management for Expedia for five years, Vice President of Worldwide Tour Operations with Silversea Cruises, and Director of Worldwide Product Development at Certified Vacations.

Eric is a is a senior executive who has held various positions as CEO, COO and CTO in various industries. He has a rare capacity in bridging from Product, Technical, General Management and Strategy. While CEO at Vayant Travel Technologies he established an unique product offering within the airlines space and was speaker into multiple around the world conferences regarding airlines distribution and e-commerce strategies.

NIGEL RUSSELL

Nigel is an experienced Product Manager, with a strong background in technology, marketing, sales and finance. Prior to becoming a consultant, Nigel led the Product Management and Development teams for Trust International, a hotel distribution company for large global chains, where he oversaw the complete redesign and rebuild of all major products. Prior to Trust International, Nigel led the Product Management and IT teams at Worldhotels, and led IT and Products teams for a number of startup companies in industries ranging from Ecommerce, Logistics, Petrochemicals and Supply Chain, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
Nigel has a Masters in Computer Science, an Honors BSc in Organic Chemistry, as well as an M.B.A. in Finance from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Nigel is based in Berlin, Germany

Jeff is a digital marketing executive with over 17 years of experience building profitable e-Commerce platforms, with a focus on developing innovative products and services. Most recently, Jeff was the Vice President, Digital Marketing and Product Development for Deep Focus where he drove the strategic vision and development of a travel platform for a Fortune 50 client that drove double-digit revenue growth.
Prior to that, Jeff spent over 14 years at American Express in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Online Travel and Director of Acquisition in the Consumer Card Services Group.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Business from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. He is based in New York City.

Tom is an accomplished Marketing and Product Professional with proven leadership experience in branding, revenue management, distribution, technology, and product development. Most recently, Tom was SVP and CMO at Miraval Group, which sold to Hyatt in early 2017. Prior to that, he was EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Denihan Hospitality Group. He was a partner and co-founder of Hudson Crossing in 2007, and also has previous experience at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Hotwire.com, and Delta Airlines.

George Roukas is a senior executive with in-depth experience in product management, technology, and competitive strategy. George co-founded Hudson Crossing in 2007 after working as Group Vice President of Product Management for Travelport, where he led the strategy, development and management for all products facing Galileo’s North American agency partners. He also held the role of Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for Travelport precursor Cendant Travel Distribution Services’ Supplier Services group. Prior to that, George worked through PhoCusWright as a usability and interface design consultant to several well-known travel companies, and he participated in the leadership of several early e-commerce companies including Biztravel.com, Room12.com, and Clickradio.com.
